Bu yazıda, mevcut bir TCR'nin TCRα ya TCRβ eşleştirme periferal T hücresi reseptör repertuvarının tamamlayıcı hemichain ile, ilgi konusu antijen spesifikliğini sahip antijen-spesifik T hücre reseptörleri (TCR'ler) oluşturmak için yeni bir metot açıklamaktadır. De novo oluşturulan TCRler afiniteye değişen antijen spesifikliğini muhafaza eder.
