We beschrijven een aangepaste werkwijze voor membraanfractie isolatie uit humane cellen en monstervoorbereiding voor de detectie van SCAP N -glycosylation en totaal eiwit door Western blot. We verdere invoering van een GFP-labeling methode om SCAP mensenhandel te monitoren met behulp van confocale microscopie. Dit protocol kan in normale biologische laboratoria.
