Her beskriver vi en protokoll for å undersøke virkningen av avvikende spleising på legemiddelresistens i solide svulster og hematologisk malignitet. Til dette målet, analyserte vi transcriptomic profiler av foreldre og resistente in vitro modeller gjennom RNA-seq og etablert en QRT-PCR basert metode for å validere kandidat gener.
