כאן אנו מדווחים על שיטת עריכת גן מהירה ויעילה מבוססת על RMCE שעבר על מקורות AAVS1 של תאי גזע אנושיים pluripotent (hPSCs) המשפרת על מערכות שתוארו לעיל. באמצעות טכניקה זו, קווי isogenic יכולים להיוצר במהירות ובאמינות ללימודים השוואתיים נכונים, הקלת מחקר בתיווך transgenesis עם hPSCs.
