Dyrking menneskelige Mesenchymale stromale celler (hMSCs) med autolog serum, reduserer risikoen for avvisning av xenogene materiale og andre negative effekter. Den gjør det også for utvinning av en undergruppe av mesodermal stamfedre, som kan levere ferske hMSCs. Embedding hMSCs i et autologt fibrinaggregat gjør håndteringen enkel og effektiv kirurgisk implantasjon.
