Onder buik solide orgaantransplantatie zijn alvleesklier transplantaties gevoelig voor het ontwikkelen van ernstige ischemie reperfusie letsel-geassocieerde transplantaat schade, leidt uiteindelijk tot vroege prothese verlies. Dit protocol beschrijft een model van lymfkliertest pancreas transplantatie met behulp van een niet-hechtdraad manchet techniek, bij uitstek geschikt voor het analyseren van deze vroege, schadelijke schadevergoeding.
