Kwantitatief afbeelden metalen weefsel door laserablatie - inductief gekoppeld plasma - massaspectrometrie (LA-ICP-MS) is een gevoelige analytische techniek die nieuw inzicht in hoe metalen deel aan normale functie en ziekteprocessen kunnen bieden. We beschrijven hier een protocol voor het kwantitatief beeldvorming metalen in dunne secties van muizen neurologisch weefsel.
