Vi præsenterer en simpel metode til at konstruere 3D-nematode dyrkningssystemer kaldet NGT-3D og NGB-3D. Disse kan anvendes til at studere nematode fitness og adfærd i habitater, der er mere ligner naturlige Caenorhabditis elegans levesteder end de standard 2D laboratorium C. elegans dyrkningsplader.
