Dit protocol beschrijft een gedetailleerde methodologie voor het opsporen van H2O2 localisatie binnen Solea senegalensis spermacellen met behulp van een gevoelige fluorescerende DCFH-DA ROS, een levende mitochondriën vlek voor mitochondria en DAPI voor kernen visualisatie, respectievelijk. Het protocol is ontworpen om te worden uitgevoerd binnen de 2 uur met verse of ontdooide spermacellen.
