Celledifferentiering er reguleret af en række microenvironmental faktorer, herunder både matrix sammensætning og substrat materialeegenskaber. Vi beskriver her en teknik under anvendelse af celle microarrays sammenholdt med trækkraft mikroskopi at evaluere både celledifferentiering og biomekaniske celle-substrat-interaktioner som funktion af microenvironmental kontekst.
