Hier beschrieben ist eine Methode zur Herstellung von exogenem Cytokin in Patienten-abgeleiteten Xenotransplantat (PDX) -Mäusen über eine wöchentliche intraperitoneale Injektion einer Cytokin-transduzierten Stromazellenlinie. Diese Methode erweitert den Nutzen von PDX und bietet die Möglichkeit für transiente oder nachhaltige exogene Cytokin-Zustellung in einer Vielzahl von PDX-Modellen.
