Hier presenteren wij een interactief capture protocol toegepast op Arabidopsis thaliana leaf mesophyll protoplasten. Deze methode berust op in vivo UV-verknoping en staat voor isolatie en identificatie van plantaardige mRNA-bindende eiwitten uit een fysiologische omgeving.
