Bacteriocinen zijn van mening dat ze een sleutelrol spelen bij het definiëren van microbiële diversiteit in verschillende ecologische niches. Hier beschrijven we een efficiënte procedure om te beoordelen hoe bacteriocinen invloed hebben op de darmmicrobiota samenstelling in een diermodel.
