QA-1 (HLA-E i menneskelig) tilhører en gruppe av ikke-klassiske store histocompatibility kompleks 1b molekyler. Immunisering med Qa-1-bindende epitopes har vist seg å øke vev-spesifikk immun regulering og forbedre flere autoimmune sykdommer.
