Nous présentons ici un protocole microscopie d’imagerie à haute résolution et une reconstruction tridimensionnelle de la souris, unité neurovasculaire et la barrière hémato - encéphalique, en utilisant des sections flottant de cerveau. Cette méthode permet la visualisation, l’analyse et quantification des organites intracellulaires à la BHE.
