Hier beschrijven we een methode die zich lenen voor het gelijktijdig kwantificeren en genoom-brede kaart ribonucleotides in zeer intact DNA op single-nucleotide de resolutie, enzymatische splitsing van genomic DNA te combineren met de alkalische hydrolyse en de daaropvolgende 5´-end sequencing.
