De incidentie van obesitas stijgt en verhoogt het risico van chronische longziekten. De onderliggende mechanismen en preventieve strategieën, welomschreven dier vast te stellen modellen nodig zijn. Hier bieden wij drie methoden (glucose-tolerantie-test, lichaam plethysmography en fixatie van de Long) te bestuderen van het effect van obesitas op pulmonaire resultaten in muizen.
