Denne protokol beskriver en forbedret teknik for rigelige indsamling af cerebrospinalvæske (CSF) med ingen forurening fra blod. Med større prøvetagning og renhed, kan flere analyser udføres ved hjælp af CSF for at fremme vores forståelse af sygdomme, der påvirker hjernen og rygmarven.
