Vi præsenterer en protokol for at undersøge mRNA udtryk biomarkører periosteum-afledte celler (fremdaterede) foranlediget af vitamin C (C-vitamin) og 1,25-dihydroxy vitamin D [1,25-(OH)2D3]. Derudover vurderer vi fremdaterede evne til at differentiere i osteocytes, chondrocytter og adipocytter.
