Vi föreslår en cell expansion protokollet om får microcarriers och deras användning som leverans system i ett perfusion bioreaktor till utsäde en cell-lösa vävnadsmatris. Vi har även olika tekniker för att bestämma cellproliferation och viabiliteten hos celler som odlas på microcarriers. Vi visar dessutom funktionalitet av celler efter bioreaktor kulturer.
