Her beskriver vi en protokol for at udføre cisterna magna cannulation (CMc), en minimalt invasiv måde at levere røbestoffer, substrater og signalering molekyler i cerebrospinalvæske (CSF). Kombineret med forskellige billeddiagnostiske modaliteter, muliggør CMc glymphatic system samt CSF dynamics vurdering og hjerne-wide levering af forskellige forbindelser.
