In vitro- brug af degenerative tenocytes er væsentlige, når undersøger effekten af roman behandling på tendinopati. Men de fleste undersøgelser bruger kun dyremodel eller en sund tenocyte. Vi foreslår følgende protokol for at isolere menneskelige degenerative tenocytes under kirurgi.
