In vitro bruk av degenerative tenocytes er viktig når undersøke virkningen av ny behandling på tendinopathy. De fleste undersøkelser bruker imidlertid bare dyr modell eller en sunn tenocyte. Vi foreslår følgende protokollen for å isolere menneskelige degenerative tenocytes under operasjonen.
