In vitro -användning av degenerativa tenocytes är väsentlig när undersökt effekten av ny behandling på tendinopathy. Men använder de flesta forskningsstudier endast animaliska modellen eller en hälsosam tenocyte. Vi föreslår följande protokoll för att isolera mänskliga degenerativa tenocytes under kirurgi.
