Hier presenteren we een protocol om te testen van de virulentie van de plant met de plant pathogen Magnaporthe grisea. Dit verslag zal bijdragen tot de grootschalige screening van de biotypen van schimmels isolaten en dienen als een uitstekend uitgangspunt voor het begrijpen van de resistente mechanismen van planten tijdens de moleculaire veredeling.
