Primordiala könsceller (PGCs) är gemensamma prekursorer av både spermier och ägg. Mänskliga embryonala PGCs specificeras från pluripotenta epiblast celler genom växelverkan av cytokiner. Här beskriver vi ett 13-dagars protokoll inducera humana celler transcriptomally som liknar PGCs på ytan av embryoid kroppar från primas-pluripotency inducerade pluripotenta stamceller.
