Hier presenteren we een praktische gids voor het bouwen van een geïntegreerde microscopie-systeem, dat wordt samengevoegd conventionele epi-belichting fluorescerende imaging, single-molecuul detectie gebaseerde Super resolutie beeldvorming en Multi-Color single-molecuul detectie, met inbegrip van single-molecuul fluorescentie resonantie energieoverdracht imaging, in één set-up op een kostenefficiënte manier.
