Een protocol voor het ontrafelen van plant thylakoïde eiwit complexe organisatie en samenstelling met blauwe inheemse polyacrylamide gel elektroforese (BN-pagina) en 2D-SDS-pagina wordt beschreven. Het protocol is geoptimaliseerd voor Arabidopsis thaliana, maar kan worden gebruikt voor andere plantensoorten met kleine wijzigingen.
