Positron-emissie tomografie (PET) imaging sites die bij meerdere vroege proeven van het klinisch onderzoek betrokken zijn moet robuust en veelzijdig radiotracer productie mogelijkheden. Met behulp van de radiotracer [18F] Clofarabine als voorbeeld illustreren we hoe te automatiseren de synthese van een radiotracer met behulp van een flexibele, cassette gebaseerde radiosynthesizer en valideren van de synthese voor klinisch gebruik.
