Vi leverer en roman metode til at forbedre X-ray absorption kontrast af majs væv egnet til almindelig microcomputed Computertomografi scanning. Baseret på CT billeder, indføre vi et sæt af billedbehandling arbejdsprocesser for forskellige majs materialer til effektivt uddrag mikroskopiske fænotyper af kardiovaskulære bundter af majs.
