Här presenteras ett protokoll för den snabba oförstörande screeningen av bomulls genotyper för reniform nematodresistens. Protokollet innebär visuellt undersöka rötterna av Nematoden-infekterade bomullsplantor för att avgöra infektions svaret. Vegetativt skott från varje planta sprids sedan för att återvinna växter för fröproduktion.
