SINEUPs sind synthetische antisense nicht-kodierende RNAs, die enthalten eine Bindung (BD) und ein Effektor-Domäne (ED) und Übersetzung bis zu regulieren Ziel mRNA. Hier beschreiben wir Nachweismethoden für SINEUPs in kultivierten Zelllinien, Analyse ihrer Tätigkeit zur Förderung der Übersetzung von Western-Blot und eine halbautomatische Hochdurchsatz imaging-System.
