Nous décrivons ici un protocole détaillé décrivant un fluorescent nouvelle coloration pour la détection de protéines totales dans les gels de polyacrylamide. Le protocole utilise une sonde de turn-on argent ionique spécifique fluorescence, qui permet de détecter Ag+-complexes de protéine et élimine certaines limitations des taches argent chromogène traditionnels.
