Hier tonen we de methoden voor in vivo kwantificering van leukocyten egress van naïef, ontstoken, en kwaadaardige lymfkliertest huid. Wij voeren een head-to-head vergelijking van twee modellen: transdermaal FITC toepassing en in situ photoconversion. Bovendien tonen wij het nut van photoconversion voor het bijhouden van leukocyten egress van cutane tumoren.
