Hier beschreiben wir ein Protokoll für Multiplex-fluoreszierende immunhistochemische Färbung und imaging für die gleichzeitige Lokalisierung von mehreren Krebs-assoziierte Antigene in Lymphom. Dieses Protokoll kann für die NS1 Analyse von Biomarkern in allen Gewebeschnitte erweitert werden.
