Hier presenteren we een protocol karakteriseren nucleosoom deeltjes op het niveau van de single-molecuul met behulp van statische en time-lapse atomaire kracht microscopie (AFM) beeldvormende technieken. De beschreven methode van oppervlakte functionalization zorgt voor de opname van de structuur en de dynamiek van nucleosomes in hoge resolutie op nanoschaal.
