Här presenterar vi två protokoll, en för att mäta den specifika tillväxttakten och den andra för rotavirus med hjälp av plack assay och RT-qPCR cell-bindande förmåga. Dessa protokoll finns tillgängliga för att bekräfta skillnaderna i fenotyper mellan rotavirus stammar.
