Dit protocol beschrijft een zeer gevoelige en hoge doorvoer neutrofiele extracellulaire val (NET) assay voor de semi-automatische kwantificering van ex vivo NET vorming door immunofluorescentie driedimensionale confocale microscopie. Dit protocol kan worden gebruikt voor het evalueren van de netto vorming en afbraak na verschillende prikkels en kan worden gebruikt voor het bestuderen van potentiële NET-gerichte therapieën.
