Vi beskriver en in vivo immunisering, translationel hepatitis model i BALB / c mus, der kan bruges til at studere patogenesen af lægemiddelinduceret autoimmun hepatitis, herunder kønsforskelle set i denne sygdom. Vi vil beskrive, hvordan denne model demonstrerer reproducerbare analyser ved hjælp af in vivo og in vitro eksperimentelle teknikker.
