Udfordringen ved epilepsi forskning er at udvikle nye behandlinger for patienter, hvor klassisk terapi er utilstrækkelig. Ved hjælp af en ny protokol — ved hjælp af et implantabelt lægemiddel levering system — vi er i stand til at kontrollere anfald i bedøvet mus ved elektroforetisk levering af GABA i epileptiske fokus.
