Germinant Rezeptor-Proteine-Cluster in "Germinosomes" in der inneren Membran der Bacillus Subtilis Sporen. Wir beschreiben ein Protokoll mit Superresolution Mikroskopie und Leuchtstoffröhren Reporter Proteine, um Germinosomes zu visualisieren. Das Protokoll zeigt auch Spore innere Membrandomänen, die bevorzugt mit dem Membran-Farbstoff FM4-64 gefärbt sind.
