폐 선암종 PC-9 세포로부터 아파티닙 내성 세포주를 확립하는 방법이 개발되었고, 내성 세포가 특징지어졌다. 내성 세포는 비소세포 폐암 환자에게 적용되는 표피 성장인자 수용체 티로신 키나아제 억제제 내성 메커니즘을 조사하는데 사용될 수 있다.
