Fırça hücreleri naif fare trakea bulunan nadir kolinerjik kemoduyusal epitelyal hücrelerdir. Sınırlı sayılar nedeniyle, havayolu bağışıklık ve remodeling fonksiyonel rolünün ex vivo değerlendirilmesi zordur. Trakeal fırça hücrelerinin Akış sitometrisi ile yalıtımına yönelik bir yöntem tarif ediyoruz.
