Das Ziel dieses Protokolls ist es, einen neuen Ansatz zur Modellierung von Brustkrebs zu beschreiben, der auf der intraduktiven Injektion von Cre-expressing adenovirus in Maus-Mammary-Drüsen basiert. Dieser Ansatz ermöglicht sowohl eine zelltyp- als auch organspezifische Manipulation onkogener Ereignisse in zeitlich kontrollierter Weise.
