Vi beskriver en ny teknisk tilgang til at studere fotosyntetiske reaktioner i højere planter, der involverer samtidige målinger af klorofyl en fluorescens og blad reflektans ved hjælp af en Pam og et spektral Radiometer til påvisning af signaler fra samme blad område i Arabidopsis.
