We beschrijven een nieuwe technische benadering voor het bestuderen van fotosynthetische responsen in hogere planten waarbij gelijktijdige metingen van chlorofyl een fluorescentie-en blad reflectie met behulp van een pam en een spectrale Radiometer voor de detectie van signalen van de zelfde blad gebied in Arabidopsis.
