Vi beskriver en metode til at visualisere GFP-mærket γδ IELs ved hjælp af intravital billeddannelse af murine tyndtarmen ved inverteret spinning disk confokal mikroskopi. Denne teknik gør det muligt at spore levende celler i slimhinden i op til 4 timer og kan bruges til at undersøge en række af intestinal immun-epitheliale interaktioner.
