Dit protocol beschrijft een benadering voor de productie van hepatosferen van menselijke pluripotente stamcellen met behulp van een gedefinieerd cultuur systeem en cel zelf montage. Dit protocol is reproduceerbaar in een aantal cellijnen, kostenbesparend en maakt de productie mogelijk van stabiele menselijke hepatosferen voor biomedische toepassing.
