Målet med denne protokol er at etablere en 3D in vitro-model til at studere differentieringen af Cancer-associerede fibroblaster (CAFs) i en tumor bulk-lignende miljø, som kan behandles i forskellige analysesystemer, såsom immunofluorescens, transkriptional analyse og Life Cell Imaging.
