Målet med denne protokollen er å etablere en 3D in vitro-modell for å studere differensiering av kreft-assosiert fibroblaster (CAFs) i en svulst bulk-lignende miljø, som kan håndteres i ulike analyse systemer, for eksempel immunofluorescence, transcriptional analyse og livs celle avbildning.
